Position:  Lead Business Analyst

Suitable for:  Business Analyst with minimum of 5 years’ experience

Location:  Isle of Man (on-site)

Salary:  C£55k

 

As the Lead Business Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of the company’s digital transformation.  This is a hands-on Business Analyst role and, as such, you’ll be responsible for business analysis around all digital services including cutting edge websites, apps and API’s. 

You’ll be running multiple workstreams and well as providing top tier business and functional requirements to a variety of stakeholders across the company. 

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role involving business analysis
  • Experience of working on digital projects, including websites, apps and API solutions
  • Ability to lead multiple workstreams from inception to implementation
  • Proven record of delivering complex and multi-disciplinary projects
  • You must be highly competent in business analysis techniques and producing relevant artefacts / high quality business requirements documentation
  • Modelling – ability to produce impactful business process models
  • SDLC knowledge and experience

Desirable (not essential):

  • Experience in the life assurance or wealth management sector
  • SQL
  • Any relevant BA qualification
